90 DAY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
My ’90 Day Transformation Program’ will help you get more in tune with your thoughts, feelings, and emotions that guide your everyday choices. This program will empower you to be the leading authority on your health and body, and to increasingly feel confident that you know exactly what your body is needing and how to provide it.
The program focuses on:
- Building intuition and starting to recognize your body’s signals which is crucial in setting the foundation for sustained results. It will help you to get out of traditional diet mentality of deprivation, yo-yoing, and negative self-talk.
- Learning to recognize self-sabotage and replace destructive habits with nourishing habits.
- Techniques for managing stress and stepping into your personal power. One thing we have ample amounts of in this world is stress. It will show up in different ways, but learning to manage and reduce stress is key to helping to improve digestion, assimilating food optimally and keeping your hormones in balance.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
It’s important that we are a good fit for each other! I offer a 1-hour ‘Opening the Relationship’ conversation so you’ll know if I’m a good fit for you, and I’ll know if you’re a good fit for me, so we’ll be able to make a decision about whether or not working together is the best next step.
The Program runs over 12 weeks with a 1-hour coaching call each week either in person or online. This structure means you can make manageable changes each week and we can continue to review, refine and build on these each week so that your changes are sustainable!
