Raw Granola Bars

A delicious nut-free, low sugar snack.

15g chia Seeds
60g pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
60g sunflower seeds
30g desiccated coconut
30g coconut flakes
35g Lindt 70% dark cooking chocolate, chopped
85g cranberries
5g cinnamon
15g raw agave nectar or raw honey
2 x 600g eggs
1 Tbsp organic vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180℃

Mix dry ingredients together.

Mix wet ingredients together and then mix will with the dry ingredients.

Press into a lined or greased tin (approx 27cm x 18cm)

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

Allow to cool before slicing.

Makes 8 bars or cut into smaller squares.
