Signs & symptoms it's time to make a change

We can get so busy and caught up in life that it can be easy to neglect our health. We get too tired to exercise, get stuck at work and don't have time to make dinner so rely on take out, we're staying up late and not getting enough sleep. We don't notice the effects of these changes immediately, but they can creep up on us over time and before we know it, we're facing an uphill battle to get our health back on track.
